Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Experience with OLAP & OLTP databases. Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and Clickhouse is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (preferred QlikSense)
• Result oriented approach

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc reporting and visualization to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the structure and location of datasets
• Working with large datasets, optimizing SQL queries
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in QlikSense

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and communicate product backlog items;
• Ensure that the product backlog is maintained and accessible;
• Coach the team in Agile principles, practices, and values, helping them become a self-organizing and cross-functional unit;
• Ensure the Scrum/Kanban framework is understood and followed by the team, and help the team adapt it as needed to fit their context;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging them to inspect and adapt their processes and practices;
• Help the team understand and use Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and make informed decisions;
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders to improve their understanding of Agile and Scrum/Kanban;
• Promote healthy communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach;
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices;
• Proficiency in Agile management tools and software;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills;
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent English and Russian

• Develop new functionality inside of existing ecosystem of related project

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Develop new and support existing web applications using PHP and WordPress
• Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Conduct functionality and compatibility testing across various browsers and devices
• Ensure proper integration of codes from third-party analytical tools and marketing services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others

Requirements:
