Now we're looking for a goal-oriented Marketing Specialist, who will help our company to achieve high results in attracting customers with the help of various advertising promotion tools.

What you will do:**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for increased conversion rates and new clients acquisition
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns across platforms, optimizing for ROI and conversion goals
- Manage impactful social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Develop and manage Search Network campaigns
- Oversee mailing campaigns for timely and targeted delivery
- Monitor statistics & results, report trends and issues, and take appropriate actions
- Take responsibility for the developing, monitoring and attaining the expense budget and goals
**
About you:**
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience ideally in fast-growing startup environments
- Demonstrable omni-channel experience in lead generation
- Ability to think strategically and to translate strategy into effective tactics that drive results
- Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Russian
- Knowledge of marketing metrics
- High result-orientation
