- Stay informed about IT industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
-Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and desired candidate profiles to hire the right specialist.
-Maintaining active and engaging communication with candidates and always providing them with clear, constructive, and timely feedback
-Using ATS to streamline candidate management throughout the hiring process.
-Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
-Creating reports about recruitment activities and outcomes.
