WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Offer legal support for a group of companies’ activities
Perform legal analysis
Introduce amendments into documents
Generate new draft contracts
Develop and analyze of contractual relations schemes
Participate in negotiations, prepare disagreement protocols (deliveries, contracts, services, loans, leases, NDAs, partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, organization of events, civil law contracts, licensing, alienation of exclusive rights, and so on.)
Handle contracts including: deliveries, services, loans, leases, NDAs, partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, organization of events, licensing, publishing, alienation of exclusive rights, etc.
Provide legal opinions on issues as requested by company management
Verify advertising material legal compliance
Advise on personal data protection
Create user agreements, privacy policies, craft consent agreements for the processing of personal data in relation to the company's Internet resources
Handle complaints and requests from government agencies
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Qualification in business law, civil law, and intellectual property (the latter is highly preferred)
Knowledge of civil law, business law, intellectual property protection, EU and/or UK law
Work experience preferred in e-commerce, information technology, or Internet media/Internet advertising, personal data protection, intellectual property
