Act Trader Technologies is looking to recruit people for the below positions:
Technical Support Specialist
What will your agenda look like:
Working on shifts covering morning, evening, night on rotation, sometimes on weekends
Monitoring of the company’s systems and processes, providing solution for critical and urgent requests
Communicating with clients to resolve issues.
Install, configure, and update system components on Linux and Windows
Analysis and elimination of the consequences of failure system
Diagnosing technical problems and the solution to client requests, collecting the necessary information for further research.
Working closely with the developers to find the best solution for the customer
What we expect from you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Proficiency in English Language
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer oriented and responsible attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical background
Experience in Linux/ UNIX/ Windows environments;
Ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Product Manager
What will your agenda look like:
Work with senior management to develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and clients’ needs.
Align product strategy with company’s goals, staying attuned with market trends and latest innovation.
Translating the vision and strategy requirements into the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Specifying requirements for the products and launching its features.
Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is updated, prioritized, and aligned with customer and business priorities.
Communicating with business analysts and other development teams about product release notes and timelines for deployment.
Maintain open and transparent communication with all team members, to foster cross functional collaboration.
Identify issues that could affect the successful delivery of the product, making necessary changes to the roadmap and its priorities.
Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements of all systems.
Maintain deep knowledge of the market, competition, customer needs and emerging industry trends to update the company’s products and developments.
What we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role for at least two years in the Financial Services industry.
Experience with managing multi products development from A to Z.
Experience in setting objectives for the development teams.
The ability to dive in and understand the new subject area.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English proficiency to at least an upper-intermediate level.
Analytical mindset.
