Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:**
Working on shifts covering morning, evening, night on rotation, sometimes on weekends
Monitoring of the company’s systems and processes, providing solution for critical and urgent requests
Communicating with clients to resolve issues
Install, configure, and update system components on Linux and Windows
Analysis and elimination of the consequences of failure system
Diagnosing technical problems and the solution to client requests, collecting the necessary information for further research
Working closely with the developers to find the best solution for the customer

Shifts times
Night 00:00-08:00
Morning 08:00-16:00
Evening 16:00-24:00

**Your skills set:
**Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Customer oriented and responsible attitude
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Technical background and Excellent computer skills
Experience in Linux/ UNIX/ Windows environments
Ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues

**It will be a great plus:
**Fluent in Russian/ Ukrainian
Experience in scripting languages (bash, PowerShell)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Experience with Git (GitHub)
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Wiki)

Familiar with Trading Platforms

**Responsibility:
**- Working on shifts covering morning / evening
- Monitoring of company’s system, Emails, Chats, Phones and Social Media
- Providing professional and polite responses to the clients.
- Communicating with Clients about their issues and opening tickets accordingly.
- Assisting with the resolve of the issue with the clients, explaining and guiding the clients where needed to resolve their issues.
- Communicating with clients about the products’ changes and updates.
- Providing feedback about the products.
- Working closely with the developers and technical support team to find the best solution for
the Clients.
