🔍Looking for UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
🧩Creating visually captivating and intuitive designs for various elements and pages across both mobile and web platforms with focus on mobile
🧩Developing and enhancing user journeys, streamline navigation, and optimizing overall usability, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience
🧩Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user flows. Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly
🧩Planning, conducting and moderating user research and utilizing insights to guide design decisions, incorporating feedback into the iterative design process
🧩Defining product guidelines and ensuring consistency and adherence to color schemes, typography, and visual elements across the platform
🧩Creating UI/UX solutions that are mobile-friendly and responsive, ensuring optimal experiences on various devices and screen sizes
🧩Collaborating in A/B testing of design elements and user flows to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhanced conversion rates
🧩Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals
🧩Presenting and communicating your work and recommendations to the wider organization

Requirements:
✅5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process
✅Proficiency in design and analytics software such as Figma, Hotjar, or similar tools
✅Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
✅Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment
✅Clear understanding of usability, user-centered design, and mobile standards
✅Familiarity with test and iterate approaches through usability studies and early-stage UX research
✅English proficiency at B2 level or above
✅Practical experience conducting, moderating, and leading interviews with users in English
