🔍Looking for Frontend Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:
🧩Leading and managing a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
🧩Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development
🧩Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into scalable frontend solutions
🧩Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards
🧩Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code using responsive design
🧩Monitoring performance metrics (KPIs) such as website response time
🧩Guiding test cases for QA engineer for E2E and integration tests

Requirements:
✅At least 3 years of experience in frontend web developments
✅At least 1 year in a people management role
✅Proficiency in React and Next.js understanding of their core principles and best practices
✅Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
✅Experience with modern frontend web technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
✅Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and backend integration using RESTful APIs
✅Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, npm, Git)

Considered as an advantage:
