Who We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a Traffic Sources Lead to lead our efforts in sourcing and optimising traffic channels to maximise the performance of our mobile marketing campaigns. As a Traffic Sources Manager, you will play a major role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with various traffic sources, such as social media platforms, ad networks, search engines and more. Your goal will be to drive high-quality traffic and ensure the success of our clients mobile marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential traffic sources to diversify our clients acquisition channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic source partners to negotiate terms and rates.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimise traffic quality and performance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile marketing and traffic acquisition.
• Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure ad creatives are optimised for each traffic source.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of traffic sources to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of changes in ad network policies and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile marketing and traffic source management.
• Strong understanding of various advertising platforms and ad formats.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advertising platforms.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.

Boost.App is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Limassol, with flexibility for some remote work. The role includes overseeing and optimizing the company's affiliate program, building relationships with affiliates, negotiating contracts, and analyzing trends in the affiliate marketing industry.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing affiliate partners network SEO and PPC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and networks such as Awin, CJ, and Rakuten is a plus
• Prior experience in the mobile app industry is a plus
