Who We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a
Traffic Sources Lead to lead our efforts in sourcing and optimising traffic channels to maximise the performance of our mobile marketing campaigns. As a Traffic Sources Manager, you will play a major role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with various traffic sources, such as social media platforms, ad networks, search engines and more. Your goal will be to drive high-quality traffic and ensure the success of our clients mobile marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
**
• Identify and evaluate potential traffic sources to diversify our clients acquisition channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic source partners to negotiate terms and rates.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimise traffic quality and performance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile marketing and traffic acquisition.
• Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure ad creatives are optimised for each traffic source.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of traffic sources to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of changes in ad network policies and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile marketing and traffic source management.
• Strong understanding of various advertising platforms and ad formats.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advertising platforms.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
