Front-end Development Lead
(Cyprus)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into scalable frontend solutions
- Architect, develop, and maintain highly performant and reusable code using React and Next.js
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using responsive design
- Ensure that web applications are fully responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) such as website response time
- Guide test cases for QA engineer for E2E and integration tests
- Participate in incidents review and their root cause analysis, identifying process issues and planning preventive measures
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to frontend development
 
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in frontend web development
- At least 1 year in a team lead/management role
- Proficiency in React and Next.js understanding of their core principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frontend web technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and backend integration using RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, npm, Git)
- Experience with testing frameworks
- Understanding of QA practices
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, incl Figma
-Good written and verbal Russian and English communication skills
- Previous experience within the fintech industry is a big advantage
