🚀 Leadsgate is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to join our team.

Main duties & responsibilities:

** • Develop video creatives with a primary focus on User-Generated Content (UGCpaid ads) for performance marketing and organic channels (including selecting the most promising concepts, reaching out to UGC creators directly, and providing briefings to the editing team)
• Manage and actively participate in brainstorming sessions
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of UGC projects
• Track the effectiveness of creatives using relevant metrics
• Conduct competitor and market analysis
• Stay informed about industry trends, UGC best practices, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights to drive innovation within the team and to identify promising creative concepts

Requirements:
**
** • Must have experience in performance marketing
• Understanding of video production processes (primary focus on performance marketing)
• Analytical experience in interpreting paid traffic metrics
• Familiarity with the US market is a plus
• Ability to generate ideas based on business requests
• Skill in organizing ideas and creatives systematically
• Sociable with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
• Experience with UGC paid ads is an advantage
• Ability to work in a video production factory setting
• Fluent in English

• Interviewing candidates and building a strong relationship with the professional network for future needs
• Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels
• Track all interviews, profile information, and interview results in the company’s internal database
• Relocation support of new hires when needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in Cyprus
• Experience in the international market
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
• Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn search, and other related systems and tactics
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good command of English and Russian, both written and spoken
