Brief job description:
-Design and set up processes to achieve finance team goals ;
-Coordination of the finance team’s tasks and projects of business process optimization and automatization;
-Integration of designed processes into the operational life of the unit
-Maintenance of unit documentation (processes description, standardization);
-On-demand reporting to stakeholders;
-KPI analysis and control
-Participating in developing business processes for various teams;
-Assistance in maintaining various SaaS platforms (help desk, CRM, ERP, VOIP, task management).
Requirements for the candidate
-Experienced understanding of the process and project management;
-Understanding and knowledge of BA processes and standards;
-Knowledge of modeling notation (BPMN, UML, etc);
-Core understanding of SaaS and CRM eco-systems;
-Experience in financial processes (would be a plus);
-Analytical and system thinking;
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to design business processes;
-Ability to work in a constantly changing environment;
-English (intermediate +) - ability to write technical documentation, discuss business tasks with the stakeholders and make presentations
-Desire to learn fast.

Your tasks will include
-Designing, developing solutions on the Salesforce platform including Communities, Classic and Lightning;
-Troubleshooting issues and providing support for production systems;
-Delivering high-quality code that is scalable, secure and easy to understand;
-Designing and implementing interfaces to other internal and external systems
-Participating in developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems;
Candidate requirements
-2+ years of Salesforce development experience;
-Pre-Intermediate level of English;
-Russian language is a must;
-Knowledge and practical application of OOP principles;
-Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL;
-Experience with web integration technologies (WSDL, SOAP, REST);
-Knowledge of SFDC (licenses, profiles, permissions)
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

-Experience in leading IT-focused projects;
-Experience leading a project from scratch to completion;

-Skills and experience in planning, prioritization, resource and risk management, and leadership skills;
