Responsibilities
-Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
-Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
-Prepare reports for the management and team stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data (data visualization and reporting)
-Work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications
-Collaboration with management, product team and marketing team
-Requirements management and documentation
-Development lifecycle support

Skills & Knowledges
-Experience in scaling of Business Intelligence and Big Data systems (preferable in eCommerce), including but not limited to:
-integration into a unified database from various sources;
-data visualization (Tableau preferred / Power BI is a plus);
-data integrity verification;
-Hands-on experience with with data from advertising systems and web analytics systems, preferably Google Ads, Google Analytics,
-Bing (other systems, such as Yandex.Metrics / Yandex.Direct, also valid)
-Understanding of key eCommerce metrics
-Experience as Business Analyst in Software Development is a plus

Чем предстоит заниматься :
-Построение DB, обеспечивающей хранение и управление данными, необходимыми для функционирования сервиса продажи билетов;
-Работа с базами данных MySQL/MariaDB: написание SQL запросов, хранимых процедур, функций;
-Поддержка существующих разработок, рефакторинг кода;
-Разрабатывать интеграции с другими системами и сервисами;
-Оптимизировать SQL запросы и процедуры;
-Настраивать мониторинг производительности и ошибок с использованием Grafana, Zabbix;
-Настройка и контроль за отказоустойчивостью, репликацией и бэкапированием системы;
-Проведение code review;
-Работа с системами контроля версий (Git);
-Работа в системах Jira, SalesForce, Confluence.

Опционально:
-Участие в разработке сбора данных с сайтов и сервисов провайдеров услуг, систем GDS и Google Ads;
-Участие в разработке внутренней BI-платформы;
-Мониторинг функционирования информационных систем (SQL ETL пайплайны в Inventory Systems, Python ELT пайплайны в BI), проверка правильности и целостности обрабатываемых данных, при необходимости выполнение performance tuning БД (медленные запросы, неиспользуемые индексы и т.п.)
-Проведение ad-hoc аналитики;
-Визуализация отчетности в BI инструментах (Tableau);
-Работа с алгоритмами ML, подготовка обучающих выборок, анализ и сбор метрик.

Что хотели бы видеть у кандидата:
-Хорошие знания SQL, опыт работы (не менее 3 лет) с одной из реляционных БД - PostgreSQL/MySQL/MS SQL Server;
-Уверенные знания и навыки программирования на Java/Python;
-Опыт написания сложных запросов/триггеров/функций/хранимых процедур;
-Понимание подходов к организации разработки CI/CD.
-Умение работать с консолью Linux;
