Hi there!
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our BRO team.

✅ Main Responsibilities:
✔️ Facilitate scrum events (stand-up, grooming, planning, demo, retrospective) and coaching team members to achieve their sprint commitments and maintaining a sustainable pace.
✔️ Foster open communication and collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders,
ensuring that the product backlog is well- defined, prioritised, and understood by all relevant parties
✔️ Identify and proactively address impediments that may hinder the progress of the team, collaborate with team members and
other stakeholders to find solutions to problems and ensure a smooth workflow
✔️ Collect and analyze data related to Agile processes, such as sprint progress, cycle time, and burn-down charts. Provide insights into the team's performance and highlight areas that may require attention. Offer data-driven recommendations for improving the team's efficiency and productivity.
✔️ Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to drive ongoing enhancements in the team's practices.
✔️ Identify and assess risks associated with the project, such as scope changes, resource constraints, or dependencies.
✔️ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and work closely with teams to address potential issues.
✔️ Maintain accurate project documentation, including product backlog, release plans, and compliance-related documents.


✅ Requirements:
✔️ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
✔️ Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
✔️ Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
✔️ Proficiency in Agile tools and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
✔️ Excellent communication, documentation and facilitation skills.
✔️ Strong problem-solving, decision making and conflict resolution abilities. Leadership and mentoring skills to guide teams toward self-sufficiency.
✔️ Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
✔️ Deep knowledge of Agile principles and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
✔️ English (Upper-intermediate)
