Hello there👋 We’re a leading online marketing company and right now I’m searching for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team, who will work with the Asia market. You will manage and grow our Hindi affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and optimize player retention.

✅Responsibilities:
Work with in Company's and agents;
Searching for New Agents and connect them in the company;
Build and cultivate strong relationships with these affiliates;
Negotiate new contracts and affiliate deals;
Meet revenue and growth targets and KPIs;
Control affiliate sites to ensure that our brand is appropriately represented, especially by keeping an eye on reviews, trackers, and creatives;
Manage daily conversations and give our accounts ongoing support and help;
In order to improve optimization while delivering departmental KPIs and overall Performance from the current portfolio, analyze campaign and account performance.

✅Qualifications:
Ability have new ideas, find problems and ability to have solutions
Expertise managing affiliates in the Asian market
Strong communication abilities English
MS Office and computer proficiency
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building abilities
Advantageous is having knowledge of connections in the marketing sector.

✅Will be a plus:
Knowledge of Hindi language (visual and written Hindi fluency will be an advantage)
