Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

We have now decided to develop our projects and we need a Business Analyst for our trains team.

**Your tasks will include
**-Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
-Modeling (processes, integrations, etc)
-Development team support (pre-dev, dev, QA)
-Performing business review and acceptance testing
-Business transition support (Q&A, improvements and bug fixes)

**Candidate requirements
**-At least 2 year experience in a similar role;
-Skills in independent development of different types of documentation;
-Understanding of Web-application work principles and structure;
-Understanding of e-commerce domain products and processes;
-Understanding of the principles of software development
-Data analysis skills - ability to find patterns (Excel)
-Analytical & Critical thinking
-Ability to get along with fast changing environment

**Would be a plus

**-Availability of specialized education;
-Skills in modeling, building diagrams and schemes to describe business processes, technical implementation (BPMN notation, UML, description of algorithms, flowcharts);
-Experience in integration projects;
-SQL / DBMS understanding (on basic level)
-Knowledge of and work with prototyping tools;
-Knowledge of Confluence, Jira.
