We are dedicated to creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences that keep players engaged and entertained. We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Development to join our team.

Job duties**:
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions considering various aspects such as extensibility, scalability, performance, security, design patterns;
• Support and improvement of current technical solutions for the project;
• Interact with the product team to implement tasks in accordance with the product Roadmap;
• Lead the product technical team by implementing and enforcing best development practices;
• Set and monitor the achievement of technical goals for developers;
• Ensure timely fulfillment of team commitments;
• Participate in the design and development of fault-tolerant and optimised solutions; Interact with other teams - product, infrastructure and business teams;
• Manage the technical side of the process of obtaining certifications and licenses for the product (RNG, GLI, ISO, etc.).

Background:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, such as a master's degree in digital business or an MBA, is highly valued.
• Experience in a senior technology leadership role with experience of managing technology teams in a scale-up/medium sized business, ideally focused on building SaaS solutions iGaming turn key solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure and Data architecture
• Deep understanding of the latest AI and ML technologies and be able to translate them into business value.
• Experience building APIs to integrate with other products or services.

Soft skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A confident and inspirational leader, combined with a proper level of emotional intelligence
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Innovation and Creativity skills to encourage creative thinking and experimentation.

Hard skills:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in various technical areas such as software development, system architecture, networking, cloud computing, and data management.
• Experience with Data warehousing / Data lakes / Data processing
• Experience with scaling systems and databases
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing external providers and integrating their developments with the internal team.
• Experience in managing technology budgets and resources.
