Today we are a distributed team of 100+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer), and Trading.
**
Position DevOps**
The role will focus on managing infrastructure projects and processes. The ideal engineer will bring their experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive DevOps initiatives. To be successful, one must effectively communicate with the development and operations team to orchestrate the creation of solutions that can scale.
Job responsibilities:
Closely collaborate with CTO and Product Owners, estimate tasks and deliver on time.
Analyze current solutions, develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
Work closely with software architects and developers within the company to develop and maintain cloud architectures for different projects.
Perform regular infrastructure component updates.
Understand the needs of stakeholders and convey them to developers, working on ways to make development and release processes automatically.
Perform code reviews to ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
Communicate regarding planned and ongoing work
Document thoroughly the work done.
Increase observability of IT systems.
Required qualifications
Experience with high-loaded projects from 3 years;
Understanding of best practices regarding cloud system network architectures and security;
Profound knowledge of networking basics: OSI model, DNS, SSL/TLS, IPSec;
Experience with managing Linux environments and network diagnostic tools;
Experience with virtualized and containerized environments, optimization and scalability of systems;
Experience with administering Gitlab;
Strong knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD;
Strong knowledge of the AWS ecosystem: RDS, EKS, EC2, Security, IAM;
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Flux;
Experience with public cloud providers;
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation;
Understanding the concept of GitOps and how to apply it;
Fluent English will be a good bonus

Stack:
AWS: RDS Postgres, DMS, EKS, CloudFront, EC2, Route53, CloudWatch;
Prometheus, Grafana;
ELK;
GitLab;
Linux instances (Proxy, VPN, Bastion, many other tools).
