GERMAN KABIRSKI jewellery brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to work on implementation of their global paid marketing strategy. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of highly effective marketing campaigns.
What you will do
1. Develop, execute, and optimize large digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display, affiliate marketing, to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
2. Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
4. Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
5. Develop and maintain budget and forecasting models to support the planning and optimization of campaigns.
6. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Who you are
1. You have 5+ years’ experience as digital marketing/performance marketing manager preferably in fashion/jewellery e-commerce.
2. You have experience running successful performance and brand driven activities across multiple platforms including Google and Facebook.
3. You are customer focused and have knowledge of the latest marketing trends, best practices, and technologies in the performance marketing space.
4. You have genuine interest in the digital marketing and fashion/jewellery industry.
