Project Group is seeking a Social Media Manager (SMM) to join their team.

If you have experience in SMM for Instagram and Facebook and are not afraid of big projects, Project Group has an opportunity for you to work on ambitious ventures that will boost your portfolio. This position offers excellent chance to gain hands-on experience while working closely with the Head of SMM.

This is a full-time role in Limassol, Cyprus, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts for various projects, following a content plan and working in collaboration with the Head of SMM.
- Writing engaging texts, creating visuals for posts in collaboration with designers and video editors.
- Attending events, going to on-site photo and video shoots.
- Implementing strategies to attract new followers.
- Engaging in influencer marketing from blogger search to post-campaign analytics.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics and preparing reports.

**Required skills:
**
- 1+ years of experience in SMM with expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- English proficiency C1+, Russian would be an advantage.
- Experience with graphic and video editing would be a plus: Canva, Figma, CapCut, InShot, etc.
- Knowledge of AI tools, excellent command of ChatGPT 4.
- Knowledge of targeting tools would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
