Job responsibilities -BA unit performance control and kpi development
-BA unit methodology development, support and control
-BA general quality control
Template development
Reporting standards development
Post-implementation review
Methodology integration into development processes
-BA resource management
BA quality control
-Incident management
ServiceDesk processes
Incident management control/analysis/development
-Deep communication with Product owners and Team leaders
-Reporting for Management

**Requirements

**-Team Leading experience 2+ years
-Fluid in business analysis, Process and incident management
-Critical thinking
-Strong problem-solving and management skills
-English B2+
-CRM, ERP, ITSM systems experience
