Description: The Maintenance Director is responsible for planning, organising and directing the maintenance activities of the organisation and its facilities. His/her tasks include ensuring that facilities, equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained in accordance with operational needs and safety standards. The Maintenance Director develops and manages a team of maintenance personnel, establishes maintenance procedures, and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth and productive operations.

Responsibilities:

- Developing maintenance plans
- Team management
- Budget management
- Asset management
- Compliance with requirements (safety, building codes, environmental standards)
- Responding to emergencies
- Continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience in maintenance management or similar position.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and regulations.
- Budget management and financial literacy.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management or related field (would be a plus)
