Our customer is engaged in his own development and support of content management systems for large companies, including world-famous ones, the main part of which is B2B solutions for entertainment, gaming and sports topics.

🔵Job responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of customer retention strategies;
- Creation of personalized promotions and offers;
- Monitoring of activity and involvement of clients;
- Conducting research and surveys among clients;
- Implementation of loyalty programs

🔵Job requirements:
- At least 2+ years of retantion experience;
- Ability to build a working structure;
- Professional English level
