**AFFILIATE MANAGER (CIS) - Limassol (On-site)

**We are an online marketing business that is expanding quickly in foreign markets. We are located in a welcoming office in Limassol, and we are seeking driven people to join our capable, multilingual team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
**- The attraction of new affiliates;
- Account management and negotiations;
- Working with traffic statistics and analytics;
- Monitoring of market trends;
- Technical integration with the partners (setting up links, postbacks, etc.);
- Attend and represent the company at industry conferences/events as required;
- Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup of the offers/campaigns;
- Control timely payment of commission fees.

**REQUIREMENTS:
**- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- 1+ year experience in affiliate marketing ;
- Understanding the basic metrics for traffic analysis and the process of setting up ad campaigns;
- Experience in attracting new partners, working at conferences;
- Native Russian or Ukrainian;
- Fluent in English.
