**Affiliate manager (Sales)

**A very quickly expanding marketing company is looking for a passionate Affiliate Manager to join its dynamic team of marketing professionals in the Limassol office.

**Responsibilities:
**- Find new partners, develop and maintain relationships with partners for effective promotion in gambling, betting verticals;
-Conduct calls and meetings with partners;
-Generate reports on partners, influence their indicators;
-Fulfill the set plans;
-Represent the company at international exhibitions;
-To have a personal opinion, the ability to argue it competently and concisely;
-Be always in touch, be ready for emergency situations (if there is a need to do something remotely on a weekend, for example; stop the campaign or get in touch with the web).

**Qualifications:
**- Strong communication abilities in Russian and English (knowledge of another language will be a plus)
- 2+ year experience in affiliate marketing. It is important for us that you understand our field;
- Ability to solve problems independently;
- The desire to develop yourself and the people around you;
- The desire to earn money;
- Worked with partners/partner traffic (having your own database in plus);
- Understanding what is CPA, RS, Hybrid;
- Analytical skills, ability to track metrics and predict results;
- An active life position.
- Well-developed communication skills.
