ℹ️ We are looking for a driven IT Sales Manager to join our growing team, who is ready to seek out leads, close sales, and maintain their projects. We are considering experienced professionals who have a personal profile on Upwork and are fluent in English. In sales, the emphasis will be on QA specialists and JavaScript developers.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Lead generation through various channels;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients;
- Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation;
- Maintaining their projects.
✅ Required skills:
- Understanding of web development services and technologies;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Very good (C-level) writing and spoken English and Russian;
- Daily availability during working hours (responding to messages and emails in a timely manner).
