ℹ️ Мы ищем начинающего специалиста, который будет искать клиентов и поддерживать с ними коммуникацию. (Лидогенератор/ Junior Sales Manager / Junior account manager)
Рассматриваем кандидатов, знакомых со сферой ИТ и свободно владеющих английским языком.

✅ Обязанности:
- Генерация лидов на различных платформах (Upwork, LinkedIn и др.);
- Построение и поддержание прочной коммуникации с клиентами и партнерами;
- Подготовка и представление предложений потенциальным клиентам;
- Заключение сделок и управление всем циклом продаж от лидогенерации до переговоров по контракту;
- Поддержка своих проектов.

✅ Требования:
- Знание сферы ИТ;
- Понимание процесса разработки (жизненный цикл проекта, языки и технологии программирования и др.);
- Отличные коммуникативные навыки, навыки ведения переговоров и презентаций;
- Умение работать самостоятельно и в команде;
- Очень хороший (уровень C) письменный и разговорный английский и русский языки;
- Ежедневная доступность в течение рабочего дня (необходимо отвечать в мессенджерах и по почте в адекватные сроки)

⭐️ Условия:
- Оклад $300 + до 10% от выручки проекта (процент сохраняется до полугода);
- Гибкий график работы ;

ℹ️ We are looking for a driven IT Sales Manager to join our growing team, who is ready to seek out leads, close sales, and maintain their projects. We are considering experienced professionals who have a personal profile on Upwork and are fluent in English. In sales, the emphasis will be on QA specialists and JavaScript developers.

✅ Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Lead generation through various channels;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients;
- Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation;
- Maintaining their projects.
