**__📎 Key Responsibilities:
__**- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing our market share in the CFD and forex trading industry
- Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand

📎 Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry, specifically CFD and forex trading.
- Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with partners and clients
- Both verbal and written advanced English and Ukrainian or Russian level is a must.
