__**- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing our market share in the CFD and forex trading industry
- Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand
📎 Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry, specifically CFD and forex trading.
- Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with partners and clients
- Both verbal and written advanced English and Ukrainian or Russian level is a must.

💡Международная Fintech компания сейчас в поиске опытного Начальника отдела бухгалтерского учета, который готов к релокации на Кипр, г. Лимасол
📌Требования:
- опыт 5+ лет на должности руководителя бухгалтерии/главного бухгалтера
- практический опыт работы с МСФО и финансовой отчетностью
- успешное прохождение аудита компаний-нерезидентов
- опыт ведения бухгалтерского учета компаний-нерезидентов
- хорошее знание Международных стандартов бухгалтерского учета
- знание финансовых правил и рамок ЕС
- навыки управления людьми
- свободное владение украинским или русским языком и обязательно английским как в устной, так и в письменной форме - преимущество
- опыт работы с системой налогообложения и бухгалтерского учета Кипра
- готовность переехать на Кипр.
📌Основные задачи и обязанности:
- управление отделом бухгалтерского учета и обеспечение того, чтобы все основные отчеты компаний-нерезидентов на конец месяца, квартал и год были заполнены точно и вовремя
- помощь персоналу с проведением транзакций, если это необходимо
- взаимодействие и коммуникация с юридическим отделом; - обеспечение соответствия всех бухгалтерских процессов международным стандартам финансовой отчетности и действующему финансовому законодательству
- коммуникация с банками, поставщиками платежных услуг и другими провайдерами по платежам
- наем, обучение и мотивация работников бухгалтерии, делегирование и контроль выполнения задач
- предоставление предложения по оптимизации расходов и управления денежными потоками
- поддержка процесса аудита для группы компаний
- поддержка оптимальной налоговой структуры для компании и отдельных проектов
- адаптация структуры компании к меняющимся потребностям международного законодательства
- консультирование СЕО относительно финансовых последствий бизнеса и структуры капитала, поддержка в стратегических решениях
- отслеживание последних событий в финансовой отрасли

💡The International Fintech company is looking for a Head of Accounting to widen its team.
📍Location: Cyprus, Limassol
Responsibilities:
- overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reports of non-resident companies are completed accurately and on time;
- ensuring that all accounting processes align with IFRS and current financial legislation;
- take full ownership of the Accounting Department and its future development;
- hire, train, and motivate accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks;
- provide suggestions in terms of expenses optimization and cash flow management;
- manage relationships with external audit professionals and accounting partners;
- support audit process for a group of companies;
- maintain an optimal tax structure for the company and individual projects. Adapt the structure to the changing needs of international legislation;
- advise the CEO on the financial implications of business and capital structure, support strategic decisions;
- keep informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.
**__Required skills:
__**
- proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Accounting/Chief Accountant;
- practical experience with IFRS and Financial Reporting;
- experience in maintaining the accounting of non-resident companies;
- knowledge of the VAT/Income Tax/Social Insurance laws of Cyprus;
- successful completion of the audit of non-resident companies;
- good knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
- knowledge of EU financial regulations and frameworks;
- people management and Leadership skills;
- experience with Cyprus tax and accounting system will be considered an advantage;
- fluent in the English language both in speaking and writing, Ukrainian or Russian.
