We are looking for a forward-thinking, highly creative, and tech-savvy Motion Designer & Instructional Video Creator to join our Design team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of design, technology, and education, producing engaging video content that demystifies our complex software applications, and guides users through every function with ease.

📌Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative, engaging, and interactive video content for our product suites, designed to educate and support users.
Understand complex financial software applications and translate their usage into easily digestible video content.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create accurate, user-centric instructional content.
Utilize best practices in motion graphics and user-centered design to create high-quality video content.
Measure video performance and make data-informed decisions to improve engagement and usability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design, e-learning, and tech industry to continuously innovate and improve our video content.
Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand, style guidelines, and overall marketing strategy.
❗️Languages: English - В2/C1. Russian - Native.

📌Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in video content production, ideally in a tech or financial industry.
Proven expertise in animation, 2D and 3D video creation, video editing software, and graphic design tools.
Ability to animate interfaces.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passionate about education and making complex topics accessible and enjoyable for all.
A robust portfolio demonstrating previous work in instructional video creation.

📌Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in instructional design or e-learning.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
