The CyberHULL team has been involved in leading data transformation, content, new media, and publishing initiatives for clients across the globe. We provide software development services to large businesses in the US and EU.
Our main specialization is complex projects developed on the Magento 2/BigCommerce/SFCC platforms, with the integration of various third-party systems (ERP, PIM, WMS and others).

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive international marketing and sales to support future growth.

**Responsibilities:
**🔹Define marketing strategy to increase sales (define target audience, generate list of leads, means of communications, additional tools required for the successful campaign)
🔹Work on metrics that help analyze marketing campaigns and make better decisions
🔹Collaborate with a small team to reach out to prospective clients and generate interest in the company's services
🔹Set up and host online meetings between CEO and prospective clients
🔹Analyze results of each campaign, prepare monthly reports
🔹Drive internal communication (messages/emails to staff), contribute to the corporate culture, be the host in internal online meetings (once a month)
🔹Lead or support some of the projects that help marketing and sales (website development, marketing materials - onepagers, expert content)

**Requirements:
**🔹Solid practical skills in marketing, lead generation, brand awareness
🔹Strong analytical mindset & Creative approach
🔹Proactive attitude and great soft skills (interpersonal skills)
🔹Proven copywriting skills in marketing and internal communications
🔹Advanced spoken and written English

Nice to have: experience in marketing and lead generation for American/European B2B IT outstaffing market
