Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

We are currently in the process of developing our mobile app and are looking for a Project Manager for this project.

What will you do in this position?

-Mobile application development project management;
-Management of the development team;
-Collecting, summarizing and structuring the received information in the form of tasks in the task management system;
-Prioritization and distribution of tasks, control of task execution;
-Coordination of work throughout the development cycle;
-Interaction with external partners and service providers;
-Maintaining project documentation;
-Work in Jira, SalesForce, Confluence systems.
Our ideal candidate:

-Experience of 3 years or more as a project manager (experience in a product company would be a plus);
-Project management experience in mobile application development;
-Experience leading a project from scratch to completion;
-Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban agile development methodologies and processes;
-Skills and experience in planning, prioritization, resource and risk management, leadership skills;
-Experience in project documentation;
-Technical background (will be a big plus);
-English language (level B2 and above);
-Russian language (level C1 and above).
