🚀 Responsibilities:


- Project leadership: Plan, estimate, and prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals

- Technical leadership: own the technical implementation of IT services, ensure quality, timely delivery and choose appropriate tools

- Assemble your dream team and lead them into delivery of new projects

- Hands-on work: get your hands dirty in setting up new infrastructure and improving existing ones

- Administer and support self-hosted and cloud services, workstations, remote work stations and networking infrastructure.

- Monitoring of service interruptions and designing preventive measure, planning disaster recovery scenarios

- Helping people learn new tools and services and assisting them with technical issues

- Finding and mitigating security risks

- Participating and contributing to security audits

🚀 Skill Requirements:


- Experience in leading infrastructure teams, even small ones

- Being able to choose a suitable technology for a problem, and analyzing its pros and cons


- Understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and debugging techniques
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, etc
- Experience with disaster recovery and security
- Experience with cloud services, such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Microsoft 365, Slack, AWS, etc.
- Previous experience with using automation tools, such as Ansible/Puppet/Terraform/Git
- Proficiency with shell scripting and knowledge of programming languages is a plus

- Being organized and knowing how to maintain order in the infrastructure

- Enjoying working with people, helping them learn and use new tools

- Examples where you’ve driven innovation in your previous teams.
