We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Producer.
As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for driving the success of upcoming mobile game projects, focusing on the Casual Idle Tycoon genre set in a beauty salon. With a strong emphasis on the plot component and captivating graphics, we aim to create an immersive gaming experience for our players. If you are passionate about mobile games, have a knack for analytics, and excel in leading cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and implement features to achieve the financial goals of the project, ensuring a high-quality gaming experience for our players.
- Conduct A/B tests to test hypotheses, analyze the results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize game performance and engagement.
- Perform analytics of updates and experiments, using tools such as Adjust/AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics (Firebase), and Firebase Remote Config.
- Calculate and forecast Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI) of the project to drive efficient marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the game design and development team to ensure seamless execution of the project.

💼 Expected Work Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in the mobile games industry, with a proven track record of successful game launches.
- Demonstrated ability to implement turnkey features, from concept to operation, ensuring smooth integration into the game.
- Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games, including the ability to work with product analytics independently (even without the help of an analyst).
- Proficiency in tools such as Adjust/AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics (Firebase), and Firebase Remote Config.
- Experience in managing a product development team, effectively leading and motivating team members towards project goals.
- Solid knowledge of the mobile games market, including market research and trends.
- Experience in optimizing project metrics during the LiveOps stage, driving player retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Deep understanding of the user experience (UX) in mobile games, with a focus on creating enjoyable and intuitive gameplay.
