🔸 Main tasks: Identify and fulfill client needs, ensuring clear communication between clients and the development team. Manage and develop your portfolio, building strong relationships with clients. Act as the first point of escalation for clients, ensuring their business expectations are met. Lead and mentor project managers, fostering their growth and success

🎯 Main expectation:
- 3+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Account Manager position
- Proven expertise in managing project portfolios and converting product features into tangible business value
- Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)
- Experience in pre-sales, estimating, and contractual negotiations
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships while mentoring and coaching project managers
- Advanced English proficiency and flexibility for possible business trips

🎯 Condition: This position offers 100% remote work. You will choose the type of contract and way of payment. . 💼💸 Health care benefits and reimbursement of medical expenses (18 days off, 15 sick days, plus 3 days off - like a day off, but one day.)
