We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to start creation of highly personalized virtual assistant for fintech products and other services.

In order to create it, we have to solve a wide range of tasks in many practical areas of machine learning. We wish to see your experience in relevant and released Voice Assistant/NLP products to create something special.


**Responsibilities:
**- Design, train and implement NLP models of different complexity
- Find bottlenecks in models performance and fix them
- Constantly improve any data science processes inside the team (models, architectures, data sources).
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy


**Requirements:
**- 5+ years of industrial background in a role of Senior or Lead Data Scientist in Voice Assistant/NLP projects;
- Experience with transformers and fine tuning
- Experience in named entities recognition, facts extraction and other “voice-assistance-related” NLU tasks as a plus;
- Experience in search engines and recommendation systems as a plus
- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to "transfer" it for the language of models.
- Experience at working with Google (platform and assistant);
