Senior HR Business Partner

Global FinTech company is looking for Senior HRBP. Current headcount is 450+ employees located in 14 offices around the globe. You will manage a distributed People team and also will be a main partner for Cyprus and UK offices

Main responsibilities:
✔️Drive initiatives on creating a high performance culture, proposing solutions to career development, reward and recognition
✔️Develop and implement global HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company values
✔️Ensure consistent HR approach through the whole company
✔️Facilitate expansion into new markets from a people perspective
✔️Automate routine HR tasks to improve efficiency
✔️Coach and develop the the team

Your experience and mindset:

✔️5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in international fintech/product IT company
✔️Ability to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes
✔️Hands on manager leading by example
✔️Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
✔️Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
✔️Experience in automation and HR technology
✔️Experience working collaboratively across departments and with a diverse employee population
✔️Experience in relocation and mobility programs will be a plus
