We are looking for CRM Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
You will strategize, communicate, execute, test, and evaluate various CRM Projects.
You will report progress of your CRM efforts to the high management.
Assist in prioritizing projects to ensure business critical deadlines are always met as a priority.
Plan and ensure CRM campaigns’ consistency, attractiveness, cost efficiency and alignment across company’s goals.
Undertake rigorous monitoring and evaluation of CRM campaigns and activities.
Liaise frequently with the marketing, product, analytics and copywriter teams to design marketing initiatives and test new innovative ideas to increase the number and value of customers.

We are looking for:
Have hands-on experience using data-driven CRM Platforms
Have 2-3+ years minimum in a CRM role (either agency or in-house)
Be able to demonstrate hands-on experience using data-driven CRM Platforms
Have intermediate knowledge of email marketing and best practice
Have a digital and analytical understanding and mindset
Be excellent with organisation and communication skills
Have the ability to set realistic expectations and manage stakeholders
Have a high attention to detail
Be experienced with data segmentation
Have knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Be experienced in developing and maintaining structured monitoring processes
and have a willingness to learn
English language B2+
