We are looking for a **Junior CRM Manager (Sportsbook)

Format: Remote
Employment: Full time
Competitive salary - 900-1000$k

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage Sportsbook promotions based on Region preferences;
- Analyses market trends and manage up to date promotions;
- Manage Promotions from scratch till the final setup- Including analyzing, segmentation, brief creation, template review, final setup;
- Create Reports on Promotion performance;
- Answer CS chats related to the issues that faces Sportsbook players on promotions.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Online betting industry is required;
- Hands-on experience in B2C products is a must;
- Possess a business-centric mindset supported by logical and creative thinking;
- Proficient in evidence-based or data-driven decision making;
- Deep knowledge of Sport,Competitions and game rules;
- Understanding of Sport bonuses calculations and usage;
- Basic Math knowledge like percentage, multiply and etc.
- Excel intermediate level.
