**I am looking for Head of Finance

**Key skills :
**-3 years’ + experience in Head of Finance position
-Very good Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel)
-Ability to pay attention to details and to work in a diverse international team
-Excellent communication skills and good team player
-Confidence in working with numbers and good analytical skills
-Motivated self-started personality, sense of responsibility and organization skills
-Upper-intermediate English.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
**-Opening / closing bank accounts
-Control of profitability
-Control of the prices, coordination of rates, expenses
-Financial risk management system
-Budgeting
-Tax planning and optimization with auditor
-Development of PL, CF, BBL reports and accounting standards
-Building reports on the types of services and business areas
-Development of ground network motivation
-Management, leadership and mentoring financial team
