-Providing support to the Finance Department.
-Daily, Weekly monitoring and reconciling expenses and bank accounts.
-Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, scanning etc.
-Handling communications with committee or suppliers.
-Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
-Preparing data for VAT submission.
-Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
-Prepare Cash flow/daily reconciliation, Payroll, manage crypto and bank payments.
