At Adsterra we're looking for an Community Manager with fluent written English and excellent networking skills to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. You must be a proactive individual who is organized and enthusiastic, with an eye for detail and focused on delivering the best well-measured results. Ideally, you should have a creative and problem-solving mindset.

**Responsibilities:
**- create a winning communication strategy together with PR Head;
- drive social traffic by creating high-engaging content and campaigns on social media;
- monitor trendy news and KOLs' activity for new PR opportunities evaluation;
- grow, maintain and leverage contacts with industry influencers;
- organize CSR activities;
- answer incoming messages and handle negative feedback;
- monitor brand mentions and competitors' activity to get insights and share them with the rest of the marketing team;
- analyze community management results and define growth perspectives.

**Qualifications:
**- a minimum of 3 years of experience in community management;
- extensive social media marketing experience;
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Russian is a must;
- proficient networking and copywriting skills.
