Position: We are currently looking for an experienced Senior PHP developer for the platform team.

Our Back-end stack: PHP 7.4 + frameworks Symfony/Phalcon, Doctrine ORM, PHPUnit, PostgreSQL, ClickhouseDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana. Highload is based on Golang.

**Your responsibilities:
▪️**expert assessment, decomposition and planning of technical task distribution, assistance in solving complex technical problems;
▪️updating and managing platform’s metrics;
technical skill development for the team, assistance in compiling developers' IDP;
▪️determination of the project's technological strategy;
▪️backlog management and prioritization;
▪️participation in the demo and preparation of monthly reports with metrics;
▪️discussion and evaluation of the applications for the performance review;
▪️development of team and cross-team processes;
▪️managing the development process of the PHP-direction’s starmap;
▪️assistance and control in solving SS;
▪️maintaining friendly atmosphere in the team;
▪️formation of the need for the resources, participation in the recruitment and onboarding.

**We offer two development team’s tracks: core team and feature team.

You will definitely need:**
▪️knowledge of one of the PHP frameworks: Symfony/Laravel/Phalcon etc (writing business code, using framework components);
▪️experience with PostgreSQL DBMS, at a level of table optimization and writing simple and complex queries (knowledge of ORM Doctrine, Active Record is preferred);
▪️English level - reading technical documentation.

**Will be a plus:
▪️**knowledge of popular libraries (working with dates, strings, arrays, etc.);
▪️experience with queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and the ability to do reactive programming;
▪️experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus), dashboard creation, and alert writing;
▪️using a column-oriented DBMS (like ClickHouse).
