PSP Manager

We have been in the iGaming niche for over 10 years. This year we opened an office in Limassol, Cyprus and are recruiting a team of the best players in the online entertainment market. We are looking for a strong professional who is interested in business results and is based in Cyprus or looking to relocate. By working with us, you will not only be taking part in an international project and gaining unique skills, but you will also be working in a mega in-demand and growing segment of online entertainment.

Responsibilities:

✔️Managing and setting tasks for the payments department;
✔️analyse and directly search for payment systems around the world to link card payments and alternative payment methods;
✔️onboarding payment providers (PSP, EMI), going through the KYC and AML process;
✔️negotiating more favourable commercial terms for partnership with payment systems and banks;
✔️knowledge of the requirements and rules of international payment systems;
✔️participation in testing of payment systems (finding errors + analysing bugs + setting tasks for developers);
✔️daily monitoring of the consistency of transactions, analysis of payment errors from customers;
✔️interaction with related departments (legal, finance);
✔️attending trade fairs and events to seek, build and maintain loyal relationships with payment systems and financial institutions;

Requirements:

🔸️practical experience in connecting payment solutions in the high-risk sector;
🔸️At least 2 years of experience in connecting payment systems in the high-risk area;
🔸️highly developed communication skills, ability to find compromise solutions and negotiate;
🔸️flexibility in communication, ability to listen to the other side, focus on positive resolution of working issues;
🔸️English - no worse than Upper Intermediate;

Personal qualities: responsibility, sociability, activity, diligence.

Обязанности:
✔️Руководство и постановка задач по Payment отделу;
✔️анализ и прямой поиск платёжных систем по всему миру для подключения карточных и альтернативных способов оплаты;
✔️онбординг платежных провайдеров (PSP, EMI), прохождение процедуры KYC, AML;
✔️ведение переговоров с платежными системами и банками о более выгодных коммерческих условиях партнёрства;
✔️знание требований и правил международных платежных систем;
✔️ участие в тестировании платёжных систем (нахождение ошибок + анализ багов + постановка задач разработчикам);
✔️ежедневный мониторинг проходимости транзакций, анализ платежных ошибок клиентов;
✔️взаимодействие со смежными департаментами (legal, finance);
✔️посещение профильных выставок и мероприятий для поиска, развития и поддержания лояльных взаимоотношений с платежными системами и финансовыми институтами;


Требования:

🔸️практический опыт работы с подключением платежных решений в сфере high-risk;
🔸️опыт подключения платежных систем в сфере high-risk не менее 2х лет;
🔸️высокоразвитые коммуникативные навыки, умение находить компромиссные решения и договариваться;
🔸️гибкость в коммуникациях, умение слышать оппонента, нацеленность на позитивные разрешения рабочих вопросов;
🔸️английский язык – не ниже Upper Intermediate;

Личностные характеристики: ответственность, коммуникабельность, активность, исполнительность.

We develop mobile games played by millions of people from all over the world. Right now, we are looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to join our team, who will play a major role in the quality assurance stage of our mobile projects development.

📌Responsibilities:
​Testing the client and server parts of mobile applications.

📌Requirements:
​- Understanding of the software development and testing process;
​​- 4+ years of experience in testing (❗️without frequent work shifts)
​- 4+ years of experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android (background in game testing);
​- Experience with dev introspection tools that are used to monitor the mobile app state and activity during the manual testing process;
​- Experience in Rest API testing;
​- Experience in using sniffers (e.g. Charles Proxy);
​- Experience in SQL;
​- Knowledge of mobile-specific features like push notifications;
​- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills;
​- Skilled at writing test cases;
​- Knowledge of Russian language is a must;
​- Knowledge of English language - intermediate+.
