Requirements:
— Knowledge of betting/igaming legal rules and guidelines;
— A tack record of success in managing a staff of over 5 employees;
— Highly organized and commercial thinking;
— Ability to deal with ambiguity, risk taking and define alternatives in resolving issues;
— Advanced English.


Responsibilities:
— Management of the operational and commercial activities of the company’s ecosystem;
— Ensuring the achievement of all planned and economic indicators;
— Participation in the planning, development and implementation of strategic goals and determining priority areas for the company’s development;
— Development and control of the effective formation of all directions in PIN-UP ecosystem;
— Optimization, regulation and implementation of necessary business processes;
— Solving administrative, financial, legal and personnel issues together with other employees;
— Assessment of risks and opportunities of the company in the project implementation;
— Planning, implementation and control of the budget, cost optimization;
— Planning the company’s growth;
— Market analysis and development of an improvement strategy;
— Interaction with C-Level and top management of the company to achieve operational goals.
