Family Office is looking for a legal professional for a newly-opened position of ☑️Corporate Secretary/M&A Lawyer who will boost
the current legal team. The company’s investments cover real estate, HoReCa, IT, I-gamming,
and entertainment, etc.

📍Location: Cyprus

✔️Your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the corporate structure of the companies, including formation and liquidation
of companies;
• Interacting with service providers and law firms in Cyprus on corporate and tax issues;
• Supporting and structuring asset purchase and sale transactions, and other investment
activities;
• Maintaining the register of contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements;
• Conducting legal research and analysis and providing recommendations to the management
team;
• Supporting the management team and Head of legal in ad-hoc legal matters and projects in
Cyprus.

✔️Starter kit needed to join the team:
• Master’s degree in Law, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Cyprus
companies’ law and M&A transactions;
• Strong understanding of corporate regulatory frameworks in Cyprus;
• Experience in drafting of corporate documents, M&A agreements and structuring
investment transactions;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
