Vigrom creates iGaming products that are used daily by thousands of people. Now we are over 100 people and constantly growing. We are currently looking for a Marketing Director to help us to expand our business.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy including communication strategy
- Implement STP model
- Product branding and naming management
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Performance marketing as a customer
- Conducting end-to-end analytics between internal marketing and traffic acquisition
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
What we are looking for:
- Solid experience in IT/Digital Marketing
- You are a result-oriented person and a leader with strong communication skills
- Experience in b2c projects launch in the IT field
- Experience to launch products in different locations
- Full working proficiency in English
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
We are ready to offer:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Explore commercial capacity, market trends, and particular segments' needs
- Development of an entry strategy for new regions (Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe)
- Negotiations with prospective customers and partners
- Compose Value Proposition for clients
- Sales and negotiations
- Expand the partners' base
Must-have skills:
- Experience in iGaming companies
- Working proficiency in English
- Results-oriented approach
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct presentations and negotiations
Personal selling experience
- High education (technical or economic field)
It would be an advantage:
- People management experience
