Firebird Tours is looking for a recruiter in the HR team.

🔺WHAT YOU WILL DO?
-Prepare and publish vacancies on job boards and social media;
-Search for relevant candidates independently;
-Handle incoming applications;
-Conduct initial screening of CVs;
-Present candidates to hiring managers and organizing all phases of the interview process;
-Accurately populate our candidate database (Huntflow);
-Prepare a weekly funnel report.

🔸WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?
-Solid work experience in a similar role for at least 1 year;
-Experience in the international recruitment market (Cyprus, Malta, Serbia, Poland, Georgia will be a big plus);
-Experience of working at Huntflow;
-Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed.
-English level at least b2;
-Excellent level of Russian language;
-Have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to candidates.

Firebird Tours is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist in the HR team.

🔸WHAT YOU WILL DO?

-Coordination of learning programs for the employees across the company;
-Consulting on learning & development solutions;
-Position profile creation for soft and hard skills in collaboration with the manager;
-Control over filling in training programmes and their regular updates by manager;
-Assist in developing of the system of grading employees;
-Monitoring and evaluating training programs to continuously improve their effectiveness;
-Preparation of HR training materials and placing them in Notion;
-Creation of evaluation materials: tests, surveys, instructions, checklists, etc. for soft skills;
-Analysis of employees' English level;
-Maintaining statistics on employees progress of the tests.

🔺WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?

-1 years working experience in HR/L&D/training/personnel development/mentoring;
-Experience of working at Notion would be a plus;
-English level at least C1;
-Excellent level of Russian language;
-Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM would be a big plus;
-Have strong communication skills.
