We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Cyprus, Limassol. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the marketing, development, content, affiliate teams to develop effective player acquisition and retention strategies that support revenue growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing, development, content, and affiliate teams to drive revenue growth for our casino brand through player acquisition and retention strategies;
• Monitor the platform to ensure that all games and promotions are functioning properly, and the content is updated and relevant for players;
• Manage the game portfolio and game lists, optimizing them for player engagement and profitability;
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to the executive team;
• Monitor the performance of casino games and provide regular reports on key metrics;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest online casino trends and games;
• Manage the gaming team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a casino/igaming operations role;
• Strong understanding of online casino regulations and compliance requirements;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Experience with online casino providers and platforms;
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
